• Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter, Florida. Features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, World Class Spa and 130 exclusive residences.
• Medalist, Hobe Sound, Florida. Selected by Golf Magazine as One of the 100 Greatest Courses in the United States.
• Piedmont Driving Club, Atlanta, Georgia. A new golf course for one of Atlanta’s most prestigious in-town clubs.

• Old Marsh, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Selected by Golf Digest as the 74th ranked golf course in the country. The Clubhouse was named “Best in South” by Southern Links Magazine.
• Currahee Club, Toccoa, Georgia. An 1,100 acre second home community featuring natural trails, marina, and Jim Fazio golf course, was named one of the top new courses in the Southeast.
• Colleton River Plantation, Hilton Head, South Carolina. Named by Golf Digest Magazine as the Best New Private Course in America, and by Crittenden Golf Magazine as the Best Private Clubhouse in America in the 15,000-35,000 sq ft. range. Colleton River Plantation is the only private community in the world with two Top 100 courses as selected by Golf Magazine. Named by Forbes Magazine as one of the Best Golf Course Communities in America.
• Tennessee Golf. Selected by the State of Tennessee to develop four golf courses within state parks. Two of the courses were named among Golf Magazine’s “Top Ten You Can Play.”
