This website is not intended to, and shall not constitute, an offer of solicitation.  Any offer to buy or sell real property may be made only through Developer at its office, and any consumer interested in purchasing real property should make a personal visit to Developer’s office prior to the purchase.  This website may be accessed by users throughout the United States of America and internationally.  Some jurisdictions require prior registration or other advance qualification of real property in order to solicit in such jurisdiction.  Responses to inquires in such jurisdictions may be prohibited or limited and shall be void where prohibited by law.
